Bonding is the name of the treatment applied by the dentists to mildly reshape or repair teeth using aesthetic composites, which is the same material used in filling procedures.  Bonding is a cost-effective and immediate alternative to porcelain veneers and adult orthodontics, which usually requires staying in braces for an extended period of time.

Why is bonding applied?

  • To close gaps between teeth

  • To restore discoloured or spotted teeth (usually used in conjunction with whitening)

  • To lengthen uneven teeth

  • To repair chipped teeth

  • To reduce or eliminate sensitivity due to exposed roots as a result of receding gums
